1. LEGAL AGREEMENT

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Payment Responsibility

All fees must be paid in full before accessing services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Payment Method

 

• • Users may select any available payment gateway option.

• • Ambit Automation does not recommend or guarantee any particular payment method.

• • Users making payment via third-party cards must obtain authorization from the cardholder.

4.3 No Storage of Payment Data

Ambit Automation does not store debit/credit card information. All transactions are processed via third-party secure payment gateways.

4.4 Non-Payment Consequences

Failure to complete payment may result in:

 

• • Suspension of access

• • Withholding of certificates

• • Termination of enrollment without refund

5. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing:

 

• • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• • Fees once paid will not be refunded for non-attendance, withdrawal, or personal reasons.

• • No refund will be issued for partial course completion.

• • Payment gateway charges, taxes, or administrative charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, shall be at the sole discretion of Ambit Automation.

6. USER CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

 

• • Copy, record, distribute, or reproduce training materials.

• • Share login credentials.

• • Engage in abusive, disruptive, defamatory, or unlawful behavior.

• • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with website functionality.

• • Misrepresent identity or credentials.

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content including but not limited to:

 

• • Course materials

• • Training modules

• • Videos

• • Documents

• • Logos

• • Branding

• • Website design

• • Software tools

Are the exclusive intellectual property of Ambit Automation.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, recording, or commercial usage is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal proceedings.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

• • Certification is issued only upon meeting attendance and performance criteria.

• • Ambit Automation does not guarantee job placement.

• • Any placement assistance provided is guidance only and not an employment contract.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Ambit Automation shall not be held responsible for delay or failure in performance due to events beyond reasonable control including:

 

• • Natural disasters

• • Government restrictions

• • Technical failures

• • Pandemic-related disruptions

• • Power or internet outages

12. TERMINATION RIGHTS

We reserve the right to:

 

• • Terminate access without prior notice

• • Cancel enrollment

Users may discontinue use at any time; however, no refund shall apply.

13. INDEMNIFICATION
